About the role
You will lead the design and delivery of high-impact organisational development programs and strategies that bring our People Promise to life. You’ll play a key role in shaping the culture of Eastern Health — driving initiatives that strengthen engagement, capability and performance across the organisation.
About you
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Proven experience leading organisational development, culture or engagement initiatives in a large, complex organisation.
- Strong leadership capability with a passion for building high-performing, purpose-driven teams.
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver evidence-based OD strategies with measurable impact.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
- A strong alignment with Eastern Health’s values and commitment to continuous improvement.
Healthcare workers are strongly recommended to follow COVID vaccination recommendations provided in the Australian Immunisation handbook (based on ATAGI advice). Seasonal vaccination against influenza is a mandatory requirement of this role and an offer is conditional on this being up to date prior to employment.
