Our new facilities along with our exceptional staff warmly welcome women and their families during their pregnancy, birthing and postnatal journey. At Box Hill Hospital you’ll gain and consolidate knowledge and skills while working in a Birthing Suite AMM position. Box Hill Hospital births more than 2,700 babies each year, and our inpatient and outpatient services for new mums include Specialist Maternity Services, Lactation Support Unit, Women’s Health Physiotherapy, and a Perinatal Mental Health Service.
Our busy maternity unit has 20 Post-natal beds, 6 Birthing rooms with 2 assessment rooms, a Fetal Assessment Clinic, Antenatal Clinic and a 12 cot Special Care Nursery.
