An opportunity exists for a part time Customer Service Officer to join the Business Service Centre, providing essential support to internal and external visitors at our Box Hill Hospital site. As the first point of contact at the main reception desks, the Business Service Centre delivers 24/7 face-to-face, telephone, email support to internal and external stakeholders, and supporting emergency code processes. The team plays a critical role in maintaining a warm and welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff while also overseeing key administrative systems and providing help desk support.

You’ll be part of a friendly, supportive team delivering exceptional customer service, responding to service requests and system faults, and performing a range of administrative duties.

This position is for 29.5 hours a fortnight over a week rotating roster for the following shifts:

Week 1:

Thursday:  3pm – 11pm

Sunday:  9am – 3pm

Week 2:

Thursday:  3pm – 11pm

Friday:  7am 3pm

  • Strong computer and administrative skills
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
