About the role
The Patient Revenue services Officer will undertake the Billing, Receipting and Collections process for Eastern Health in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures.
It is necessary that this individual is flexible and able to perform all tasks related to the billing of accounts and collection of outstanding monies.
About you
To be successful in this role you will possess:(examples below)
- Ability to perform a wide range of administrative tasks with attention to detail and accuracy
- High level interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in providing excellent customer service, either in person or phone based.
- Demonstrated ability to manage workflow to deadlines and prioritise tasks
- Proficiency with Windows-based applications, MS office including Word and Excel.
- The ability to work as part of a diverse team
Vaccination against infectious disease is a mandatory requirement of this role. An offer of employment is conditional on you providing evidence that you are currently vaccinated against COVID-19 with booster & Influenza, prior to commencing employment.
