About the role
Our Endoscopy Unit consist of 3 rooms to provide Endoscopic Procedures to our growing population. You will be challenged with a good mix of cases in endoscopy covering ERCP, Gastroscopy, Colonoscopy, EUS, ESD, Double Balloon Enteroscopy, Bronchoscopy, EBUS, Pleuroscopy and Flexible Cystoscopy.
The Endoscopy Unit is looking for dedicated Professionals with recent Endoscopy and/or anaesthetic and recovery experience to join this dynamic team.
About you
If you hold a Post Graduate qualification in this area of expertise, have recent experience, and you would like to become a member of this skilled team working in a modern and pleasant environment, then please apply. To be successful in this role you will possess:
- Current Endoscopy experience
- Current Nursing registration with AHPRA
- Post Graduate qualifications in Endoscopy will be desirable
- Highly developed interpersonal and leadership experience
- A strong commitment to high quality care
- The ability to work as part of a diverse team
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
Healthcare workers are strongly recommended to follow COVID vaccination recommendations provided in the Australian Immunisation handbook (based on ATAGI advice). Seasonal vaccination against influenza is a mandatory requirement of this role and an offer is conditional on this being up to date prior to employment.
Those that are offerred and/or start between January and April do not require an up to date vaccination for Influenza to progress providing they are aware of its requirement later in the year. Those that are offerred and/or start between May and December require the up to date Influenza vaccination prior to offer.
