Anaesthetic Registered Nurse for Endoscopy Unit

 

  • Permanent Part Time Position of 7 shifts per fortnight 
  • Box hill Hospital
  • Flexible working hours and no on call.

About the role

 

Our Endoscopy Unit consists of 3 procedure rooms to provide Endoscopic procedures to our growing population. You will be cahllenged with a good mix of cases in endoscopy covering ERCP, Gastroscopy, colonoscopy, EUS, ESD, Double Balloon Enteroscopy, Bronchosocopy, EBUS, Pleuroscopy and ECT.

 

The Endoscopy unit is looking for dedicated professionals with recent anaesthetic and PACU experience to join this dynamic team.

 

About you
 

To be successful in this role you will possess:


•    Current anaesthetic/ PACU experience

  • Current nursing registration with AHPRA 
  • Post Graduate qualifications in anaesthetic/PACU would be desirable
  • Highly developed interpersonal and leadership experience
  • A strong commitment to high quality care
  • The ability to work as part of a diverse team
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills


Vaccination against infectious disease is a mandatory requirement of this role.  An offer of employment is conditional on you providing evidence that you are currently vaccinated against COVID-19 with booster & Influenza, prior to commencing employment.
