An opportunity exists within the Adult Community Mental Health Services in the Koonung Continuing Care Team for passionate, enthusiastic & experienced senior mental health clinicians with sound clinical knowledge and mental health experience.
The roles will partner with consumers, carers, families and other service providers to provide high-quality case management and discipline-specific mental health assessment, treatment, consultation and community linkage services within a recovery-oriented framework. This position will be at our clinic in Box Hill, close to Box Hill Central, providing centre-based and outreach services.

About you
To be successful in this role you will possess:

Qualifications and experience as specified in the position description, either as a Registered Nurse, Clinical Psychologist, Social Worker, or Occupational Therapist with appropriate registration.

Experience in community mental health practice, including case management and discipline-specific practices.

Demonstrated work experience in mental health in a senior role to be considered for RPN4/G3 Allied Health.

Support innovation and improvement as a senior clinician to achieve healthcare excellence.

Demonstrated ability to provide mental health assessments and interventions for consumers and their carers individually and/or in groups utilising a case management model.

Demonstrated commitment to and ability to practice utilising the recovery approach in mental health treatment and support with a focus on working collaboratively with consumers and carers to promote self-determination and enable progress towards reaching personal recovery goals.

Well-developed interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills.

A strong commitment to high-quality care.
- Current registration with AHPRA
- Post Graduate qualifications in Mental Health
