About the role

 

Do you want to play a key role in shaping our future? Transformation is seeking a Senior Transformation Partner! 

 

The Senior Transformation Partner is responsible for partnering with senior leaders and teams to develop and implement large scale transformation initiatives.

 

The role will support the delivery of transformational change initiatives in alignment with Eastern Health’s Strategic Plan.

 

About you 

 

To be successful in this role you will possess:

 

  • Relevant Post Graduate qualifications
  • Experience working in healthcare (desirable)
  • Experience overseeing and supporting the management of large and complex change initiatives
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills and strong leadership experience
  • Highly developed analytical, change management and problem-solving skills (ideally in a complex health service setting)
  • A strong commitment to high quality care and ability to deliver complex, high profile initiatives on time, within budget and to scope
  • The ability to work as part of a diverse team in an inclusive, collaborative manner
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills

 

Healthcare workers are strongly recommended to follow COVID vaccination recommendations provided in the Australian Immunisation handbook (based on ATAGI advice). Seasonal vaccination against influenza is a mandatory requirement of this role and an offer is conditional on this being up to date prior to employment.
