About the role
The Team Leader is critical in maintaining the smooth and efficient operation of the Business Service Centre (BSC). This role also includes shared coverage of the Maroondah Hospital & Box Hill Hospital Reception teams alongside our other BSC Team Leader. The role is responsible for managing the day-to-day operation of the Business Service Centre including resolution of any issues that may affect performance, process, and customer service. This role is required to be available for on-call work and rotates, working between the two sites to ensure visibility and support to the entire team.

- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Knowledge in hospital procedures (and compliant in such)
- Sound operational knowledge of systems, including but not limited to Intellidesk, Spok Messenger, Digital Signage, Patient Entertainment and Nurse Call, CCTV, Gallagher Access System, Forcefield Access system, or alternatively proven ability to pick up and learn new systems.
Vaccination against infectious disease is a mandatory requirement of this role. An offer of employment is conditional on you providing evidence that you are currently vaccinated against COVID-19 with booster & Influenza, prior to commencing employment.
