About the role
The role of eHealth Clinical Documentation Analyst is to participate in designing and optimising clinical documentation to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of electronic medical record. This role involves analysing, designing, building and implementing documentation processes that support patient care. The analyst will collaborate with clinical staff, ICT, project team and other stakeholders to implement documentation workflows and ensure the effective use of the EMR.
About you
To be successful in this role you will possess:
- At least 2 years experience using Oracle Health Millennium Solutions (PowerChart, FirstNet, SurgiNet, SurgiNet Anaesthesia, Device Integration, ICU, Care Delivery and Medications Management) or another Electronic Medical Record application
- Experience with clinical workflows in a medium to large hospital settings

Ability to manage multiple tasks with ease and efficiency: Skills in prioritisation, problem solving, organization, decision-making, time management, and planning

High level of computer literacy, especially with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Project to produce professional documentation and presentations

Proven ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing, in a clear, concise and logical and effective manner.

Ability to seek advice and direction from technical experts

Excellent Team player

Self-motivated and able to work without supervision

Current valid Driver’s License
Vaccination against infectious disease is a mandatory requirement of this role. An offer of employment is conditional on you providing evidence that you are currently vaccinated against COVID-19 with booster & Influenza, prior to commencing employment.
