Associate Nurse Manager/Registered Nurse

About Cherry Blossom Grove Residential Aged Care Home

 

  • Capacity for up to 30 individuals
  • Cherry Blossom Grove provides many exciting opportunities and experiences for future professional development.
  • Opportunity to work in a multidisciplinary team that takes pride in providing high quality care.
  • The home is supported by Clinical Nurse Educators, Allied Health, General Practitioners, Psychiatrists and Geriatrician.

 

The team at Cherry Blossom Grove is highly experienced and prides itself on providing resident centred care to individuals with challenging behaviours. The philosophy of the home hinges on our ability to provide bespoke quality of life initiatives that engage the individuals whilst providing safe care. Passion in providing care for the older individual is a key feature that brings positivity to this home.

 

About you 

 

To be successful in this role you will possess:

  • Well-developed interpersonal and leadership skills
  • The ability to work as part of a diverse team
  • Strong commitment to high quality resident care
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • NDIS worker screening clearance or willing to get.
  • Current Registered Nrse registration with APHRA

 

Applicants should be organised, have good communication skills across a diverse range of cultures and abilities, have a commitment to enhancing the lives of older people, and be excited for opportunities to develop.

 

Healthcare workers are strongly recommended to follow COVID vaccination recommendations provided in the Australian Immunisation handbook (based on ATAGI advice). Seasonal vaccination against influenza is a mandatory requirement of this role and an offer is conditional on this being up to date prior to employment.
