Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM)

About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic ANUM to work within our recently refurbished Older Adult Acute Mental Health ward and a newly developed Memory Care Area currently under construction (due to open soon). This unique opportunity will provide you with the capacity to develop advanced skills in Older Adult Acute Mental Health, along with being part of a friendly and supportive team environment.
This Role includes:
- Working closely with the Clinical Nurse Manger, Nurse Unit Manager and Multidisciplinary Team to ensure the provision of safe and effective recovery oriented care.
- Availability to work across all shifts.
- Ample opportunities for staff development and growth in areas that staff are passionate about, including working ‘in-charge’ of shifts as required.
- All nursing positions are supported by a dedicated leadership team, including our Nurse Unit Manager, Clinical Nurse Consultant, Clinical Nurse Manager and Clinical Nurse Educator providing opportunity for growth, development and career advancement.

You are enthusiastic, passionate, and love learning. You possess:
- Current, condition-free registration with AHPRA
- Post Graduate qualifications or working towards is reqired
- Highly developed interpersonal and leadership experience in acute environment setting
- A strong commitment to high quality care
- The ability to work as part of a diverse team
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
