Case Manager - Mental Health Clinician Older Persons Community Team

About the role
An opportunity exists within the Older Persons Community Team for a passionate and enthusiastic qualified Mental Health Clinician with a sound clinical knowledge and community mental health experience. You will provide recovery-based case management and have the ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment.  

 

About you 

To be successful in this role, you will possess: 

  • Degree in Occupational Therapy  
  • Mental Health Experience 
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to work as part of a diverse team  

         Current  registration with AHPRA 

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills


Vaccination against infectious disease is a mandatory requirement of this role.  An offer of employment is conditional on you providing evidence that you are currently vaccinated against COVID-19 with booster & Influenza, prior to commencing employment.
