About the role

An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and motivated Clinical Nurse Consultant to join the Continence Service at Peter James Centre and/or Lilydale in a casual capacity.  

The clinician will have knowledge, expertise and skills in the assessment, diagnosis, treatment and management of people with continence impairments; provision of evidence-based nursing care to clients in the community setting. They will be keen to participate in a multidisciplinary team committed to the delivery and development of person-centered quality care.  

Key responsibilities of the roles include:

• conducting comprehensive assessments
• providing education, advice and support to clients and their family/carer
• facilitating linkages with other service providers

• Current nursing registration with AHPRA
• Qualifications in Continence management (desirable)
