About the role
Eastern Health’s Rehabilitation Medicine team plays a pivotal role in the continuum of care for patients recovering from injury, neurological disorders, musculoskeletal conditions, and chronic diseases. Our services span acute hospital settings, sub-acute units, Rehab@home, outpatient clinics, and community rehabilitation programs, with a focus on restoring function, enhancing independence, and improving quality of life for patients.
We provide rehabilitation care across several sites including the Peter James Centre, Wantirna Health, Angliss, Maroondah, Box Hill, Healesville, and Yarra Ranges Health, as well as through home-based programs aimed at delivering personalized, patient-centred rehabilitation.
About you
To be successful in this role you will possess:
Current AHPRA registration with AHPRA
Fellowship with AFRM (RACP)
Highly developed interpersonal and leadership experience
A strong commitment to high quality care
The ability to work as part of a diverse team
Excellent communication and organisational skills
