About the Role

 

We are seeking enthusiastic and committed PGY3 or PGY4 Hospital Medical Officers to undertake the Diploma of Obstetrics and Gynaecology. These positions are ideal for doctors with a strong interest in women’s health and general practice.

  • 6-month position in O&G August 2026 - February 2027
  • Successful applicants must prospectively apply to RANZCOG for Diploma registration

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain broad exposure within O&G while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.

 

About You

 

We’re looking for doctors who are eager to develop core skills in obstetrics and gynaecology, while contributing positively to a high-functioning, supportive team.

To be successful, you will have:

  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities and teamwork capabilities
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills

Vaccination against infectious disease is a mandatory requirement of this role.  An offer of employment is conditional on you providing evidence that you are currently vaccinated against COVID-19 with booster & Influenza, prior to commencing employment.
