About the Role
Our Graduate Midwifery and Nursing Program is progressive, responsive and innovative. We use the latest evidence to develop our program study days together with regular feedback from our graduates.
We support and facilitate the development of a well prepared, high quality, safe midwifery and nursing workforce committed to improving health outcomes.
We have 2 pathways for Midwifery graduates in 2026 including:
- Blended Nursing / Midwifery Stream: 18 months total (12 months midwifery and 6 months nursing)
- Pure Midwifery Stream: 12 months in midwifery

Vaccination against infectious disease is a mandatory requirement of this role. An offer of employment is conditional on you providing evidence that you are currently vaccinated against COVID-19 with booster and influenza, prior to commencing employment.
