About the role
Applications are invited from eligible medical practitioners for the position of Advanced Trainee in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. Successful applicants will have completed RANZCP stage 2 training, passed the RANZCP MCQ exam and be eligible for enrolment in the two-year advanced training program with the Victorian Child Psychiatry Training Program - Mindful.
Supervised clinical practice experience will be gained in specialist multidisciplinary community and inpatient settings. There is also opportunity for clinical research and supervision in management and leadership in psychiatry.

Healthcare workers are strongly recommended to follow COVID vaccination recommendations provided in the Australian Immunisation handbook (based on ATAGI advice). Seasonal vaccination against influenza is a mandatory requirement of this role and an offer is conditional on this being up to date prior to employment.
