Administrations, Systems and Operations Manager – Infrastructure Services

About the role
As the Administration, Systems and Operations Manager - Infrastructure Services, you will lead the day-to-day management and performance of Infrastructure Services operating systems, ensuring efficient, reliable and compliant service delivery. Working closely with subject matter experts, you will oversee the development, implementation and monitoring of preventative maintenance programs to optimise asset performance and minimise operational risks. The role also provides leadership and supervision to the Infrastructure Services Administration team, driving continuous improvement, enhancing departmental performance, and identifying opportunities to improve processes, productivity and operational efficiency.
About you
To be successful in this role you will possess:
- A strong understanding of information collection and data manipulation.
- Ability to manage the integration of differing data collection and management systems to obtain agreed outcomes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and flexibility to relate to different kinds of people and situations.
- The ability to work in a team while being self-reliant and showing initiative.
- Understanding of maintenance workflows.
Healthcare workers are strongly recommended to follow COVID vaccination recommendations provided in the Australian Immunisation handbook (based on ATAGI advice). Seasonal vaccination against influenza is a mandatory requirement of this role, and an offer is conditional on this being up to date prior to employment.
