Associate Director, Leadership and Talent

 

  • Permanent Full Time Position | 5 weeks annual leave + monthly ADO

About the role

 

This position is responsible for shaping and driving Eastern Health’s strategic approach to leadership, workforce and capability. You will lead the design and implementation of integrated strategies that build leadership excellence and strengthen workforce capability. A key focus is enabling our people through evidence-based leadership and talent initiatives aligned to Eastern Health’s priorities and People Promise. 

 

 

About you 

 

You’re an experienced organisational development professional who thrives on shaping positive workplace cultures and developing great leaders.

You bring:

  • Proven experience leading leadership, talent or organisational development initiatives in a large, complex organisation.
  • Strong leadership capability and a passion for building high-performing, purpose-driven teams.
  • The ability to design and deliver evidence-based programs that strengthen leadership and organisational capability.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to influence at all levels.
  • Solid experience using data and analytics to inform workforce planning, measuring impact, and guiding continuous improvement.
  • A strong alignment with Eastern Health’s values and a commitment to continuous improvement.
