As a Grade 2 clinician, you will also play a key role in supervising and mentoring junior staff and students, helping to foster a culture of learning and professional excellence. The position offers opportunities to participate in research, teaching, and quality improvement initiatives, with Eastern Health providing a supportive, inclusive workplace and strong prospects for professional growth and career development.
