About the role
Join a dynamic and innovative team at Eastern Health as a Hospital in the Home (HITH) Consultant, where you will play a key role in delivering acute, hospital‑substitution care to patients in their homes and in the HITH clinic. - Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, patient-centred approach
- The ability to engage effectively with people from diverse cultural and psychosocial backgrounds
- A collaborative mindset with a commitment to multidisciplinary teamwork
- Highly developed leadership experience and standards of professionalism, integrity and attention to detail
- Motivation to support and develop the HITH service and contribute to evolving models of care
