About the role
As a Grade 2 Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for the provision of neurological assessment and rehabilitation in the client’s home or in the centre. You will work alongside a Senior Clinician Physiotherapist to provide services to clients recently discharged from hospital.
About you
To be successful in this role you will possess:
- Current registration with AHPRA
- Current Victorian driver's license
- experience in neurological rehabilitation.
- a dynamic and enthusiastic team presence and be able to work a Saturday roster
- a commitment to high quality, evidence-based client care and the ability to work collaboratively and autonomously.
- advanced skills in the assessment and management of stroke rehabilitation, providing therapy both centre-based and in client's homes.
- strong interpersonal and communication skills which will enable you to thrive in this role.
Vaccination against infectious disease is a mandatory requirement of this role. An offer of employment is conditional on you providing evidence that you are currently vaccinated against COVID-19 with booster & Influenza, prior to commencing employment.
