About the role
We are seeking passionate and motivated Grade 2 Occupational Therapists to join our Allied Health teams across a variety of acute and subacute settings. You will provide high-quality, evidence-based occupational therapy care to diverse patient groups while collaborating within multidisciplinary teams to support optimal outcomes and experiences for patients.
In this role, you will also supervise, teach, and support Grade 1 staff, Allied Health Assistants, and students, contributing to the ongoing development of occupational therapy services alongside senior clinicians. There are opportunities to be involved in service improvement initiatives and research led by Grade 3 and Grade 4 Clinical Leads, helping to shape the future of occupational therapy at Eastern Health.

About you
To be successful in this role you will possess:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy.
- 2+ years of Occupational Therapy experience.
- Highly developed interpersonal and leadership experience.
- A strong commitment to high-quality care.
- The ability to work as part of a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Healthcare workers are strongly recommended to follow COVID vaccination recommendations provided in the Australian Immunisation handbook (based on ATAGI advice). Seasonal vaccination against influenza is a mandatory requirement of this role, and an offer is conditional on this being up to date prior to employment.
