About the role
An exciting opportunity is available for a Grade 2 Occupational Therapist to work at Box Hill Hospital on the Acute Stroke, Neurology and Renal units. This position involves the provision of direct clinical care, supporting complex decision making and efficient discharge planning to enhance patient outcomes and flow. The successful applicant will have opportunities to supervise both students and staff and will be well supported by the grade 3 and grade 4 clinical lead occupational therapists to provide excellent patient care.
About you
To be successful in this role you will possess:
- Current AHPRA registration
- Demonstrated experience working in acute occupational therapy
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A strong commitment to high quality, patient centered care
- The ability to work as part of a diverse team
Vaccination against infectious disease is a mandatory requirement of this role. An offer of employment is conditional on you providing evidence that you are currently vaccinated against COVID-19 with booster & Influenza, prior to commencing employment.
