About the role
The Team Leader Operations Doctors in Training is responsible for the coordination of operational activities related to the Doctors in Training program. The role provides leadership for the Operations Co-ordinators and partners with the Team Leader Recruitment Doctors in Training and the Administrative team to achieve efficient and effective deployment of Doctors.

To be successful in this role you will possess:
- Previous leadership experience in a dynamic healthcare environment
- A strong commitment to quality improvement and service provision
- The ability to work as part of a diverse team
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
Healthcare workers are strongly recommended to follow COVID vaccination recommendations provided in the Australian Immunisation handbook (based on ATAGI advice). Seasonal vaccination against influenza is a mandatory requirement of this role and an offer is conditional on this being up to date prior to employment.
Those that are offered and/or start between January and April do not require an up to date vaccination for Influenza to progress providing they are aware of its requirement later in the year. Those that are offered and/or start between May and December require the up to date Influenza vaccination prior to offer.
