What you’ll bring
As a People & Culture Business Partner, you’ll be a trusted advisor to senior leaders across multiple sites (inclusive of regional sites), providing expert guidance on:
- Talent management
- Organisational change
- Culture
- Leadership development
- Workforce planning inclusive of leave management
- Employee relations and industrial matters
