Your Role in Our Team

As a People & Culture Business Partner, you’ll be a trusted advisor to senior leaders across multiple sites, providing expert guidance on:

 

  • Talent management
  • Organisational change
  • Culture
  • Leadership development
  • Workforce planning inclusive of leave management
  • Employee relations and industrial matters

 

What You Bring

 

You’re a natural relationship builder and strategic thinker with strong collaboration skills. Confident and articulate, you ask the right questions, challenge constructively, and bring energy to every interaction.

With tertiary qualifications in People & Culture and proven experience in Employee Relations within complex organisations, you demonstrate leadership capability, a proactive mindset, and an innovative drive to support great outcomes.
