East Metro & Murrindindi Local Health Service Network (LHSN)

Victoria’s Local Health Service Network is a partnership with Alexandra District HealthEastern HealthSt Vincent’s Hospital Melbourne, as well as Yea & District Memorial Hospital, are now part of the East Metro & Murrindindi Local Health Service Network (LHSN)

Each health service will retain its individual identity, however this new Network will strengthen collaboration, increase access, and improve health outcomes for our community.

 

 

About the role 

As part of an exciting new pilot project, Eastern Health, as part of the LHSN is welcoming clinicians who are interested in working across the east of Victoria.

The LHSN is therefore, seeking passionate and motivated Grade 2 Physiotherapists to join our Allied Health teams across a variety of acute and subacute settings. You will provide high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy care to diverse patient groups while collaborating within multidisciplinary teams to support optimal outcomes and experiences for patients. In this role, you will also supervise, teach, and support Grade 1 staff, Allied Health Assistants, and students, contributing to the ongoing development of physiotherapy services alongside senior clinicians. Whether your interests are in acute care, rehabilitation, community programs, or specialty streams such as neurological, musculoskeletal, or cardiorespiratory therapy, the LHSN offers a supportive, inclusive environment with diverse career pathways and professional growth opportunities. About you  

To be successful in this role you will possess: 

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy 
  • Previous physiotherapy experience (at least 24 months) 
  • Highly developed interpersonal and leadership experience 
  • A strong commitment to high quality care 
  • The ability to work as part of a diverse team 
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
