About the role
As a Grade 2 Podiatrist, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based podiatry care to patients across a range of clinical settings, drawing on your specialist knowledge and experience to achieve the best possible outcomes. Working both autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will also contribute to teaching, mentoring, service improvement, research and quality initiatives that enhance patient care and clinical practice.
This is a unique opportunity to help shape a new and innovative model of care within our general medical wards, with a key focus on high-risk foot management. As part of Eastern Health’s Podiatry team, an accredited iHRFS Centre of Excellence with the National Association of Diabetes Centres, you will work closely with medical teams including endocrinology, vascular, infectious diseases and orthopaedics to deliver coordinated, patient-centred care.
What you’ll bring
- Recognised tertiary qualification in Podiatry and current registration with the Podiatry Board of Australia.
- Eligibility for membership with the Australian Podiatry Association.
- Demonstrated high level clinical skills and commitment to evidenced based practice.
