About the Role

The Transition to Specialty Practice (TSP) Program is intended to provide a supported introduction for registered nurses (RNs) wishing to pursue a career in one of the advertised clinical specialties. The program is designed with dedicated study days, learning packages/resources, clinical exposure and assessments. You will have the opportunity to incorporate theoretical learning into practical experience, while being thoroughly supported by clinical experts within your specialty stream. You will also have access to friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced clinical education staff from the Learning & Teaching (L&T) Directorate.

The TSP Program provides a clear career pathway for RNs seeking to work in a specialty environment. It will enhance your critical thinking, theoretical knowledge, and clinical skills, and provides a great stepping stone to postgraduate studies.
