Our Employee Value Proposition is “Being a part of Eastern Health means belonging to a welcoming team of healthcare experts”.
This statement aligns with our promise to our communities, patients, consumers and staff that we will be HEALTHIER TOGETHER. Bolder than a vision for the future, our promise calls us to action. We know that working together is the only way we can achieve what is necessary for a healthier future.
About the role
At EH, you will be part of a respected and supportive health service that values people above all else. As a Urologist, you will join a collaborative and progressive medical workforce where:

- Safe always is more than a standard—it’s a commitment we uphold every day to ensure the highest quality care and working environment.
- Partnering in care means you will work closely with patients and their families, empowering them to take an active role in their treatment journey.
- Learning and improving every day reflects our dedication to professional growth, innovation, and continuous improvement in patient outcomes.
This is an opportunity to contribute your expertise in a team where your skills are valued, your wellbeing is supported, and your impact on patient care is both meaningful and lasting.
