About the role

The role of eHealth Clinical Analyst is to participate in software build, development and maintenance of functional specifications, software releases, testing and defect resolution and to be an expert source of advice for the Oracle Health Millennium platform.

In addition to routine duties, the analyst will play a pivotal role in project initiatives, particularly in integrating EMR with Diet System Delegate, ensuring smooth integration and effective adoption by transitioning departments.

About you

• At least 1 years experience using Oracle Health Millennium Solutions (PowerChart, FirstNet, SurgiNet, SurgiNet Anaesthesia, Device Integration, ICU, Care Delivery and Medications Management) or another Electronic Medical Record application
  Experience with clinical workflows in a medium to large hospital settings
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with ease and efficiency: Skills in prioritisation, problem solving, organization, decision-making, time management, and planning
• High level of computer literacy, especially with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Project to produce professional documentation and presentations
• Proven ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing, in a clear, concise and logical and effective manner.
• Ability to seek advice and direction from technical experts
  Excellent Team player
  Self-motivated and able to work without supervision
• Current valid Driver’s License

Healthcare workers are strongly recommended to follow COVID vaccination recommendations provided in the Australian Immunisation handbook (based on ATAGI advice). Seasonal vaccination against influenza is a mandatory requirement of this role and an offer is conditional on this being up to date prior to employment.

Those that are offered and/or start between January and April do not require an up to date vaccination for Influenza to progress providing they are aware of its requirement later in the year. Those that are offerred and/or start between May and December require the up to date Influenza vaccination prior to offer.
