About the role

 

Exciting opportunity to join our dynamic food services team. Be a part of our diverse and interesting work group in a small, community focused hospital in Healesville. 

 

About you 

To be successful in this role you will possess:

  • HLTFSE001 Basic Food Safety Level 1 (essential)
  • Understand safe allergen practices and texture modified foods & drinks 
  • Experience working in a similar healthcare environment, desirable
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills
  • A strong commitment to high quality care
  • The ability to work as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Must be available to work over December and January period 

Healthcare workers are strongly recommended to follow COVID vaccination recommendations provided in the Australian Immunisation handbook (based on ATAGI advice). Seasonal vaccination against influenza is a mandatory requirement of this role and an offer is conditional on this being up to date prior to employment.
