About the role
We have an exciting part-time opportunity for a specialist Respiratory Physiotherapist to join our Care@Home Community Health program, based at Healesville and Ringwood East (and potentially other outreach sites). The position works closely with the HARP team and chronic disease nurses within the Health & Ageing team.
Being a senior role, you are expected to work autonomously and develop quality improvement initiatives, whilst being supported by the G4 clinical lead.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work directly with people in the community, enhance your clinical skills, and work within a supportive and highly engaged team.

To be successful in this role you will possess:
- AHPRA Registration and Physiotherapy degree
- 7 years of Physiotherapy experience
- Full Victorian Driver's License (with no restrictions)
- Demonstration of clinical skills and experience aligned with the management of chronic respiratory patients including airway clearance, exercise/physical activity and self-management
- Demonstration of Professional Behaviours aligned with Eastern Health’s mission and values
- An understanding of confidentiality and professional boundaries
- An understanding of the delivery of safe and effective care
- An understanding of Community Health target populations
- An ability to recognise, understand and report risk with sound judgement
- Strong effective communication skills
- Proven time management strategies and organisational skills
- A willingness to continually learn and self-reflect
- Proficient and confident with relevant workplace IT systems relevant to role including M365 applications (Microsoft office suite, sharepoint etc)
- Experience working with adult & ageing clients is desirable
Please refer to the attached position descriptions for further details of the role.
