Eastern Health is one of Victoria's largest public health services. As a values-led, integrated service united by our Healthier Together promise, we deliver high-quality care, support and service to a broad and diverse community across Melbourne’s east and beyond.
About the role
We have an exciting part-time opportunity for an Allied Health Assistant to join our Care@Home Community Health program, based at Healesville and other outreach sites. As part of our Health & Ageing Team, you will support adults living in the community by delivering individual and group-based therapy programs.

You will receive regular clinical supervision and professional development opportunities while working collaboratively with Occupational Therapists and the broader allied health team. This position supports development across the Department of Health's core Allied Health Assistant competencies, including individual and group therapy, communication of patient information, and equipment and environmental management.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work directly with people in the community and to demonstrate your skills in communication, teamwork, initiative and administrative tasks delegated by Occupational Therapy clinicians, while working within a supportive and highly engaged team.
