About the role

The Lilydale Community Team provide mental health assessment and intervention for young people, 4 to 25 years who are experiencing significant mental health issues and distress, along with other vulnerabilities. As as clinician on the team you will hold a designated case load, providing mental health assessment and a range of interventions to young people and their families. The team values collaboration in their work and supevision and mentoring is provided to early career clinicians.   As the successful applicant, you will join a friendly, enthusiastic and skilled team that values reflective practice and continuous learning.  

 

About you 
To be successful in this role you will possess:

  • Current Clinical Psychology, Occupational Therapy or Registrered Psychiatric Nurse registration with AHPRA; for Social Work, eligibility for membership of AASW 

  • Clinical experience working with children or young peple

  • A strong commitment to high quality care 

  • The ability to work as part of a diverse team 

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills 

  • Post Graduate qualifications in Family Therapy or Child Psychotherapy is desirable 


Vaccination against infectious disease is a mandatory requirement of this role.  An offer of employment is conditional on you providing evidence that you are currently vaccinated against COVID-19 with booster & Influenza, prior to commencing employment.
