About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Associate Nurse Manager to work within our Acute Adult Inpatient Ward. This unique opportunity will provide you with the capacity to develop your leadership skills in Adult Acute Mental Health, along with being part of a friendly and supportive team environment.
This Role includes:
- Working closely with the nursing and medical leadership to ensure the provision of safe and effective recovery-oriented care and reduce restrictive interventions.
- Availability to work across all shifts.
- All nursing positions are supported by a dedicated leadership team, including our Nurse Unit Manager, Clinical Nurse Consultant, Clinical Nurse Manager and Clinical Nurse Educator providing opportunity for growth, development and career advancement.
You will join a highly skilled, multi-disciplinary team who partner to provide the best possible care for our patients. With a strong commitment to research and teaching, we offer professional development, leadership opportunities, and the space and time for you to be the best possible nurse.

- You are enthusiastic, passionate, and love learning. You possess:
- Current, condition-free registration with AHPRA
- Have Post Graduate qualifications or working towards this
- Highly developed interpersonal and previous leadership experience
- A strong commitment to high quality care
- The ability to work as part of a diverse team
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
