Mental Health Clinician – Case Manager 

 

  • Permanent Part-Time Position (with the possibility of becoming full-time) | 30.4 hours per week

About the role 

As a mental health clinician, you will work in partnership with consumers, carers, families and other service providers to provide high quality assessment, intensive case management and discipline specific mental health assessment, treatment, consultation and community linkage services within a recovery-oriented model of care. 

 

 

About you 

 

To be successful in this role you will possess qualifications either as a Registered Nurse, Clinical Psychologist, Social Worker, or Occupational Therapist with appropriate registration when mandated.  

To be successful in this role you will possess: 

  • Relevant registrations for your discipline/Current registration with AHPRA  
  • Sound theoretical knowledge of clinical assessment and interventions in mental health.  
  • Demonstrated commitment to and ability to practice utilising the recovery approach in mental health treatment and support 
  • A strong commitment to high quality care 
  • The ability to work as part of a diverse team 
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
