About the role
The position is based in Richmond within Turning Point, a national addiction treatment and research centre. The Project Officer provides a range of professional and high-quality administrative services to support the effective operation of the research and workforce development team. This position will contribute to smooth and effective administrative management of core ongoing projects and multiple projects linked to individual grants.
About you
To be successful in this role you will possess:
- Ability to prioritise, multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to undertake accurate data entry and management
- Advanced computer, data entry and administrative skills
- Well-developed interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as an effective team member and has a flexible approach to tasks undertaken
Healthcare workers are strongly recommended to follow COVID vaccination recommendations provided in the Australian Immunisation handbook (based on ATAGI advice). Seasonal vaccination against influenza is a mandatory requirement of this role and an offer is conditional on this being up to date prior to employment.
