Eastern Health

Eastern Health is one of Melbourne’s largest public health services. We provide a range of emergency, surgical, medical and general healthcare services, including maternity, palliative care, mental health, drug and alcohol, residential care, community health and state-wide specialist services to people and communities that are diverse in culture, age, socio-economic status, population and healthcare needs.

About the role

The Intensive Mobile Treatment Team is a specialist team within ICYMHS which provides specialist mental health assessment and intervention to the most vulnerable and at-risk young people in our community, their families and support systems. The team has a flexible approach, providing care via both outreach and clinic-based appointments, and works systemically to ensure consistency of care for young people engaged with multiple service systems due to their complexity.

The team has a strong culture of reflective practice, supervision, ongoing professional development and robust structures that support this. As a senior clinician you would hold a designated case load whilst also playing an important role in supporting more junior staff in the team and maintaining a positive work environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who is ready to step up into a senior clinician role in ICYMHS.
