About the role

A strong commitment to clinical supervision, capability development and fostering a culture of continuous improvement will be central to your success.

As part of the Maroondah Acute Physiotherapy leadership team, you will work collaboratively with fellow Grade 3 Physiotherapists across a range of specialties and be supported by experienced Grade 4 Physiotherapy Clinical Leads and Allied Health leaders. You'll have access to regular clinical and operational supervision, leadership coaching, professional development opportunities, quality improvement and research initiatives, and support for postgraduate study and further professional development aligned with your career goals.

What you’ll bring

  • Recognised tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy, current AHPRA registration and ideally 7+ years' clinical experience.

  • Demonstrated experience leading, supervising, mentoring and developing physiotherapy staff and students.
  • Proven leadership capability, with a commitment to clinical excellence, professional growth and continuous improvement.

  • Sound understanding of community services, organisations and referral networks.
