Service Manager – Chandler Continuing Care Team (CCT)

About the role

The Service Manager – Chandler CCT leads a dynamic, experienced multidisciplinary team providing recovery-oriented care to consumers with complex mental health needs. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys shaping service delivery, strengthening team culture, and shaping how services are delivered.

 

You will work closely with program leadership to strengthen clinical governance, support staff wellbeing, and drive continuous improvement across the service.

 

About you

 

You are a motivated mental health leader who:

 

  • Enjoys leading multidisciplinary clinicians in a community mental health setting
  • Has a strong commitment to recovery-oriented practice and solid understanding of mental health legislation
  • Brings highly developed communication, organisation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Values collaboration, accountability, and high-quality care

 

Healthcare workers are strongly recommended to follow COVID vaccination recommendations provided in the Australian Immunisation handbook (based on ATAGI advice). Seasonal vaccination against influenza is a mandatory requirement of this role and an offer is conditional on this being up to date prior to employment.
