About the role
An exciting opportunity is available for an enthusiastic Allied Health Assistant to join our team at Angliss Hospital. This position will work with the Occupational Therapy team to provide patient centred care to a varied and interesting mix of patients on both our acute and GEM wards. In this role you will be provided with regular supportive supervision and professional development opportunities, and you will work closely with the multidisciplinary team.
About you
To be successful in this role you should possess:
- Completion of Certificate IV (Allied Health Assistant) from a registered training organisation, or recognised equivalent
- Completed a minimum of 3 years’ experience (full time equivalent) as a Grade 2 Allied Health Assistant
- Excellent communication, teamwork and organisational skills
Vaccination against infectious disease is a mandatory requirement of this role. An offer of employment is conditional on you providing evidence that you are currently vaccinated against COVID-19 with booster & Influenza, prior to commencing employment.
