Associate Nurse Unit Manager
- GEM/NDIS Complex and Continuing Care Unit, Wantirna Health
- Fixed term contract until January 2027 | 24 hours per week (rotating roster)

We are looking for a motivated, team focused, enthusiastic nurse to join our ANUM team. About you
To be successful in the role you will have:
- Current valid nursing registration with AHPRA
- Leaderships skills
- Sound Geriatric / Rehabilitation Knowledge • Excellent interpersonal, communication and networking skills
- Experience in management and operational role • Understanding of conflict resolution and negotiation skills
- Proficient in computer literacy
- Excellent Patient assessment skills
- Strong commitment to high quality patient care
- Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload and trouble shoot problems effectively
- Team player
- Adaptable
