About the role
We are seeking Enrolled nurses who have a passion for aged care nursing and providing focused care to residents.
murrenda Residential Aged Care is a home that has been named by Elders from the Wurundjeri people using the traditional woi wurrung language and means ‘Life or Living’. This beautifully represents the culture and care model of the home, which supports people with complex medical and psychogeriatric care needs.
As an Enrolled Nurse you will be responsible for the provision of resident focused holistic nursing care to those assigned to you, under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
Duties of the role include but are not limited to:
- Supporting residents in all activities of daily living and delivering resident centred care that meets best practice standards and in line with policies.
- Demonstrating respect for resident’s values, customs and spiritual beliefs to support care that is effective and culturally appropriate.

About you
Your skills and experience will include:
- Current, condition-free registration with AHPRA
- A strong commitment to high quality care
- Minimum of 12 months previous experience in Residential Aged Care or sub-acute nursing
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work as part of a diverse team
- Current National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) workers screening check
