About the role 

An exciting opportunity exists in the Movement Disorders Program at Wantirna Health for a passionate and enthusiastic Physiotherapist to join our team on a part time basis. The Eastern Health Movement Disorders Program offers a multi-disciplinary approach to people diagnosed with Parkinson's and related disorders. The service provides strategies and exercise to manage movement difficulties and improve daily functioning. It also offers education, advice and support to assist patients and families to manage the condition. This role offers a unique opportunity to advance your career in the growing area of movement disorders, whilst working within a supportive team. Regular supervision from the Senior Physiotherapist will be provided.

Healthcare workers are strongly recommended to follow COVID vaccination recommendations provided in the Australian Immunisation handbook (based on ATAGI advice). Seasonal vaccination against influenza is a mandatory requirement of this role and an offer is conditional on this being up to date prior to employment.
